Here you can review our Web store Terms and Conditions. Not only the government creates rules to ensure the safety of your purchase. We as a merchant would also like to inform you of our conditions. By agreeing to the Web Shop Terms and Conditions, an agreement is created between us and you as a customer. But before you agree to our Terms and Conditions, we kindly ask you to read the conditions carefully and take note of our way of working. This can prevent unpleasant situations! Article 1 – Webshop

1.1.

The webshop is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and pays its legal contribution to the Tax Office. On our website you can find our Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number. You will also find our contact information there.

1.2.

We strive to continuously improve the security of your data. If misused by hackers, we will report it to the police.

1.3.

We never provide your personal data to third parties. If we provide your personal data to third parties, we will always ask for your prior consent. In this link you can read more about our AVG

1.4.

Since June 5, 2012, our webshop is required to ask your prior consent regarding cookies. You can read more about this in our Cookie Policy.

1.5.

We are required to report any possible suspicion of abuse or fraud to the police.

The shop has taken out professional liability insurance to cover itself against any unjustified liability claimed by a customer.

1.7.

We strive to provide you with excellent service at all times. When you

doubts about purchasing a product, our staff will be happy to assist you.

Article 2 – Reflection period

2.1.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after purchasing a particular product. Should you need to cancel within this

term are dissatisfied with the purchase, then you can return the product to us without having to pay for the product yourself. You only pay the shipping costs for returning the product in question. If you have already made a payment, you will receive a credit invoice and the amount you paid will be refunded to your account number.

Products returned to us must have the original

packaging.

Article 3 – The Agreement

3.1.

The agreement between the web store and the customer is final when the customer has indicated his agreement with the general conditions and the customer has made a payment via iDEAL or bank transfer. After the cooling-off period of 14 days has expired and the payment has been received by the web store, the customer has become the owner of the product in question.

3.2.

The agreement was established electronically, by completing the

required fields and agreeing to the terms and conditions.

3.3.

As a customer, you are obliged to fulfill your payment obligation to the web store. If you do not pay within the specified period, you will receive a reminder from us. If you still have not paid after 14 days, costs will be charged. If after several reminders you still have not paid the amount due, we will hand the collection over to a collection agency.

3.4.

After you make your purchase, we will send you a written confirmation of your purchase by email. This will include the product you have purchased, what it will cost you and where to go with any complaints and comments.

3.5.

We are committed to delivering the product or item to you within 30 days. If due to unforeseen circumstances the item is not available within this period, we will notify you in writing. After the expiration of these 30 days, we will refund any purchase price already paid.

3.6.

The delivery of products abroad may take longer than a delivery in the Netherlands. The costs charged for shipping to an address abroad are visible to you when you proceed to purchase the product.

4 – The Price

4.1.

The prices listed on our Webshop always include VAT.

The cost to be paid for shipping the product will become visible once you have added the product to your shopping cart.

4.2.

The price listed with the product on the website cannot change during your purchase. You pay the amount visible with the product and which is also confirmed to you if you electronically agree to the purchase. In it, the purchase price will be mentioned again.

4.3.

If you purchase a product during a period when no promotion is in effect, you will also not be eligible for a discount afterwards.

Article 5 – Complaints and warranty

5.1.

Complaints about delivery should initially be reported to us by mail or telephone.

5.2.

Complaints about the product itself, should be reported to us in writing. Please describe your complaint as specifically as possible. We will contact the manufacturer or wholesaler for you and will act as an intermediary. If it is within our possibilities we will solve the problem ourselves.

5.3.

Complaints are usually handled by us within 14 days. Complaints are always handled in writing. We want to provide you with excellent service at all times.

5.4.

Every product we deliver to you is covered by a warranty. How long this warranty lasts depends entirely on the product. On consumable and utility products, we can only offer a limited warranty. If you discover a defect in any of our items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

5.5.

If the product breaks down within the warranty period, we will refund the full purchase price to you. However, this does not apply in cases of intentional or deliberate damage. We also kindly ask you to contact your insurance company if the damage occurs after the warranty period. It may be possible to claim this on the contents insurance. For both situations, no refunds can be made without a receipt. After the expiration of the warranty period, the new-for-old value will also expire in the event of damage. Payment is then made on the basis of market value.
